What have you been doing since leaving Exeter, and what are you doing now?

  1. Completed national foundation programme in Tameside General Hospital 2021 – 2023
  2. Started residency training in emergency medicine in August 2024
  3. Founded a medical education startup in August 2025 called ResidentExamCoach

Why did you choose this career? And what do you enjoy most about your work?

I chose emergency medicine because it gives me a broad knowledge base about medicine. This is valuable for my medical education company. I enjoy the challenge of leveraging technology to achieve better learning outcomes.

I was part of Medical Society and the University of Exeter Powerlifting society.

What did you enjoy most about your programme and what was the biggest highlight?

Cornwall is a beautiful place and the highlight is Perranporth beach.

What did you most enjoy about studying here?

Access to a wealth of resources.

Why did you choose to study at Exeter?

Exeter provided an innovative programme with problem based learning.

What skills and experiences have been most useful for your career?

Placements in hospitals across Exeter, Devon and Cornwall.

What advice would you give to a current student who wishes to pursue your career?

Learn complimentary skills such as coding.

What are your plans for the future?

To launch successful digital health solutions across the NHS and Europe.
