What have you been doing since leaving Exeter, and what are you doing now?

I have worked freelance in Sports Communications then full time in communications and events for an education provider. I am now full time in Sports Communications and Operations.

Why did you choose this career? And what do you enjoy most about your work?

I have always enjoyed working and participating in sport. This passion and enjoyment for sport is why I pursued this career and being around sport is what I enjoy most about the job I do.

What did you enjoy most about your programme and what was the biggest highlight?

I enjoyed the analytical and research skills built up through my study. I also enjoyed the freedom and choice that came with the degree.

What did you most enjoy about studying here?

I enjoyed living in the city near the coast. I also made friends for life here. 

Why did you choose to study at Exeter?

I liked the city and the opportunities the university provided.

What skills and experiences have been most useful for your career?

I have built up considerable research and analytical skills alongside the ability to work and operate independent taking initiative.

What advice would you give to a current student who wishes to pursue your career?

Put yourself out there and be willing to work hard with little reward early on. Getting your name and face out there is crucial.

What are your plans for the future?

I want to continue working in sport, I am open to working in various different sports.
