What have you been doing since leaving Exeter, and what are you doing now?

After graduating during Covid, I worked for several years in the music industry. I started with several internships before landing a full time role at a digital marketing agency called Motive Unknown, where I spent several years. I then moved into the advertising industry, and currently work at VCCP, primarily working with easyJet.

Why did you choose this career? And what do you enjoy most about your work?

I chose marketing because it combines both creative and strategic skills, and I enjoy working on big, exciting and attention grabbing campaigns.

Please tell us if you were a member of any societies, groups or sports clubs?

I was part of XpressionFM.

What did you enjoy most about your programme and what was the biggest highlight?

Being able to study lots of different things, based on what I was interested in.

What did you most enjoy about studying here?

The gorgeous campus and the amazing friends that I made.

Why did you choose to study at Exeter?

I came to visit and just immediately thought it was somewhere I could see myself being.

What advice would you give to a current student who wishes to pursue your career?

Networking with people who went to the same university or school as you to learn more about the industry you want to get into is hugely beneficial.

What are your plans for the future?

Most likely to eventually switch to doing marketing in-house at a brand.
