What have you been doing since leaving Exeter, and what are you doing now?

I came back to Turkey, worked for a couple of companies as marketing/sales specialist, wrote a short story book and finally established my own company in 2014.

Why did you choose this career? And what do you enjoy most about your work?

I choose this career because being an employee is too much work and too little benefit in Turkey. What I enjoy most is to be working independently.

Please tell us if you were a member of any societies, groups or sports clubs?

I was a member of the 2007-2008 Basketball Team (1st team).

What did you enjoy most about your programme and what was the biggest highlight?

The school took care of me and made me feel safe. The orientation week was incredibly helpful, I only felt homesick the first night I arrived and that was it. Campus was beautiful, friendships was amazing. I also enjoyed my studies as my teachers were great professionals with exceptional teaching skills.

What did you enjoy most about studying here?

Having “real” friends from all over the world.

Why did you choose to study at Exeter?

University reputation was very high for business school. Student affairs team was very good. Campus was amazing.

What skills and experiences have been most useful for your career?

Being a UK graduate and having proficient English helped me a lot for finding a job quickly.

What advice would you give to a current student who wishes to pursue your career?

My top advice will be to follow a good immigration programme and pursue her/his career abroad.

What are your plans for the future?

Immigrate to an English speaking country and pursue my career there.
