What have you been doing since leaving Exeter, and what are you doing now?

I graduated during September 2020 and I am currently living and working in London.

Why did you choose this career? And what do you enjoy most about your work?

I love to assist people with their personal development, to find their passion, follow their dreams and succeed.

Were you part of the Exeter Student Ambassador Scheme at any point during your studies?

Yes.

What did you enjoy most about your programme and what was the biggest highlight?

I loved my studies at UEBS. I was so excited with the professors – tutors they were all so engaged, they always wanted to help us and be there for us! I also loved the residential, so educational and an amazing opportunity to bond more with students and academics. Lastly, I loved the opportunity to meet so many new friends around the world and share different experiences and knowledge. I miss it so much!!

Why did you choose to study at Exeter?

One of the best business schools in the country and Europe. The area was amazing (so picturesque and calm). The background of the academics was essential for my choice too.

What skills and experiences have been most useful for your career?

Most of my skills have been enhanced during my time in Exeter. Communication skills between people from different cultural and educational backgrounds. Managing multicultural teams and achieving goals. Most of all set higher goals for myself!

What advice would you give to a current student who wishes to pursue your career?

Always be yourself and work hard. Find out what you really want to do and go for it! I was searching for a job for 4 months until found the job that was suitable for me!! As HR professionals we should trust that the HR team knows if we are a good fit for their team and the whole organisation too. Be patient and brave!!

What are your plans for the future?

I aspire to help as many as people as possible in my organisation and outside, to find their real passion, improve their skills and therefore their everyday life!
