What did you enjoy most about your degree programme?

What I enjoyed most was the incredible support and expertise of my tutors. They were highly knowledgeable, provided us with a wealth of insights, and were always prompt in answering our questions. Moreover, my classmates were also amazing. We shared knowledge, collaborated, and supported each other’s academic growth. I feel fortunate to have had such outstanding tutors and classmates throughout my degree programme.

Some of the students we are profiling have in addition to their degree been awarded a departmental prize or award in recognition of their exceptional achievements. If this applies to you please ca…

I received the Exeter Award, which is designed to enhance employability and extracurricular achievements. This award means a lot to me as it highlights the skills I have developed, such as teamwork, time management, and communication through different activities. It also reflects my commitment to personal growth and preparation for the graduate job market.

Please tell us if you were a member of any societies, groups or sports clubs?

What was the highlight of your time at Exeter?

The highlight of my time at Exeter has been the opportunity to meet people from diverse backgrounds, which broadened my horizons and enriched my university experience. Another standout moment was volunteering for the Royal Albert Memorial Museum, where I gained practical experience and contributed to the community. Moreover, the cardio lessons in the tennis club were an amazing experience, allowing me to stay active, have fun, and connect with others. These experiences combined made my time at Exeter memorable.

What will you miss the most about University?

I think what I will miss most are my tutors, classmates, and the staff at the university. They were all incredibly supportive, always ready to help, and created such a positive and encouraging environment.

What advice would you give to current and future students? (If you are an international student what would you like to tell future students from back home who might be thinking about applying to study in Exeter?)

My advice to current and future students is to make the most of every opportunity available at Exeter, both academically and socially. Engage in extracurricular activities, participate in volunteering, and connect with people from different backgrounds. I will tell them that our university offers a welcoming and supportive environment. Also, you’ll find a lot of resources to help you adapt to a new culture and succeed in your studies.

What are your plans now that you have graduated?

I am seeking job opportunities within a university setting and applying to graduate programmes with UK companies.
