What did you enjoy most about your degree programme?

It was an interested and unforgettable time in my life! The most enjoy I obtained when I worked under my dissertation. It was so exciting that I did not notice how 6 months flew. It was so sad when I put a dot at the end of my work. At this moment I realized that the work under the dissertation is finished. This work forced to thought what I can make else for my country, how to be useful for my homeland. Working under dissertation I realised how should create reforms. I suppose it is useful for me as a civil servant. I am confident in my professional level, I feel that increased significantly as a professional.

Please tell us if you were a member of any societies, groups or sports clubs?

I was a member of the Glob café, where every Mondays gather to gather students from different countries and local people, it was so lovely and supportive to us. I found many new friends and never forget these amazing evenings and meetings.

What was the highlight of your time at Exeter?

I was absolutely happy to study at the Exeter University, I loved hills and marvellous landscapes and architecture, loved to listen to the organ at the Cafidral and prepared to subjects at the bank of the beautiful river Exe.

What will you miss the most about University?

I will miss my friends who became very close to me. I never forget their love and kindness to me and my family.

What advice would you give to current and future students? (If you are an international student what would you like to tell future students from back home who might be thinking about applying to study in Exeter?)

I would like to wish new and future students never give up and believe in my self and our Lord. And all the be well. Exeter University, student society and professors are very supportive and kind. I obtained modern knowledge and skills that can be used in my current work and future career. I suppose they will not regret if make choice to Exeter University.

What are your plans now that you have graduated?

I am going to continue my work at the Ministry of the national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan because I am civil servant and would like to be useful for my country.
