What have you been doing since leaving Exeter, and what are you doing now?

After 5 months, I started my career at Deutsche Bank as a credit risk analyst. After nearly three years, I am starting new position at State Street, focusing on leveraged loans.

Why did you choose this career? And what do you enjoy most about your work?

It fits to my personality, skill sets and academic background. Best thing about being credit officer is that I can have really broader insights on various industries, macro environments and products.

What did you enjoy most about your programme and what was the biggest highlight?

Very profound lectures especially strategic management, supply chain management and corporate finance.

What did you enjoy most about studying here?

Also very supportive faculties, nice environment and great people around me.

What skills and experiences have been most useful for your career?

For me academic English writing skills and very practical and high quality lectures from business school.

What advice would you give to a current student who wishes to pursue your career?

Find the most interesting subjects and study hard. Meet many good people around and seek opportunities from broader pools.

What are your plans for the future?

Probably moving back to English speaking countries or APAC region.

Caixa Economica Federal. I left Exeter in September 23. After 2 months looking for an adequate position, I was promoted at the Investor Relations department at Caixa Economica Federal. It’s been a great experience, because I can employ concepts which I learned at the university, and also learn new concepts from a practical point of view.
