What did you enjoy most about your degree programme?

I loved discussion and lively classes that allowed us to debate and laugh and enjoy each others company as well as learn and develop our arguments.

Some of the students we are profiling have been awarded a departmental prize or award in recognition of their exceptional achievements. If this applies to you, please can you tell us about this and what it means to you?

I have received the Zara Malone Creative Writing Prize for my final year short film script. This was a wonderful boost for me, because I want to be a screenwriter and this gave me a sense of confidence and validation going forwards into the professional world.

Please tell us if you were a member of any societies, groups or sports clubs?

I was on committee 2 years running for Exeter Comedy Society.

What was the highlight of your time at Exeter?

Meeting the people who mean the most to me.

What will you miss the most about University?

Living with my friends, walking in the hills and the beach. I’ll miss performing with the Comedy Society and a good post-show pint.

What advice would you give to current and future students? (If you are an international student what would you like to tell future students from back home who might be thinking about applying to study in Exeter?)

Get involved, there’s so much on offer and it’s all yours for the taking.

What are your plans now that you have graduated?

Pray for employment in the midst of a pandemic.
