What have you been doing since leaving Exeter, and what are you doing now?

Explored banking sectors in America, EMEA and APAC. I’m now located in Hong Kong as a Treasury Dealer.

Why did you choose this career? And what do you enjoy most about your work?

Exposure – I would say banking industry can get graduates for largest exposure and opportunities. Since jobs in industry is all rounded and graduates seldom clearly know what is their ideal job.

Why did you choose to study at Exeter?

Exeter provided an all rounded university experience with excellent professors and university life. The ranking and reputation is highly recognised by international banks.

What skills and experiences have been most useful for your career?

Research skills with Stanley’s, sharing and exposure with other students. The university provided me a platform to learn social and exploration opportunities. Of course, I found my interest in the finance industry.

What advice would you give to a current student who wishes to pursue your career?

Stay calm, explore as much as you can, equip well, strike for your goal.
