What have you been doing since leaving Exeter, and what are you doing now?

I came back to China in 2018. After spending a happy and interesting time studying in the University of Exeter, I was experiencing a hard period in my life. The process of finding a job is difficult, especially taking into account the different graduating time between China and the United Kingdom. Firstly, I tried to get an internship in one internet enterprise as an investment and financing assistant, but I found that this job is not suitable for me because of the working pressure and restricted lifestyle. Finally, I took several exams and got an accountant job at the present university.

Why did you choose this career? And what do you enjoy most about your work?

This job is suitable for me, because I can have time to do what I want to do, especially in the summer and winter vacations.

What did you enjoy most about studying here?

The advanced equipment on offer (Bloomberg!) and the peaceful town.

Why did you choose to study at Exeter?

It has a good reputation and useful curriculum.

What skills and experiences have been most useful for your career?

More practice!
