What have you been doing since leaving Exeter, and what are you doing now?

Graduate program at BDO LLP in London working in a specific team within Corporate Finance. After qualifying as an accountant in London I’ve moved to the BDO Sydney office for two years.

Why did you choose this career? And what do you enjoy most about your work?

Always better at numbers and therefore enjoy them. Accounting a good starting point for understanding business and the corporate world. Accounting opens options in the business world Corporate Finance a more interesting department to qualify as an accountant than Audit.

Please tell us if you were a member of any societies, groups or sports clubs?

Lacrosse Club for 4 years.

What did you enjoy most about your programme and what was the biggest highlight?

Module on Economic Crisis.

The comradery.
