What have you been doing since leaving Exeter, and what are you doing now?

I have been lecturing at the post graduate level, designing and delivering post graduate academic enrichment courses. I am also a education policy researcher.

Why did you choose this career? And what do you enjoy most about your work?

This career is just an extension to my lifelong involvement in education. I enjoy the engagement with students.

What did you enjoy most about studying here?

The support from faculty and encouragement to do the best.

Why did you choose to study at Exeter?

The distance program in Dubai was convenient.

What skills and experiences have been most useful for your career?

Researching.

What advice would you give to a current student who wishes to pursue your career?

Be persistent and adaptable. Sometimes the job might be overwhelming but be confident in your choice of subject and challenge yourself to be the best professional despite the environment you find yourself in.

What are your plans for the future?

To get into school inspections and accreditation.
