What did you enjoy most about your degree programme?
I appreciated having had the opportunity to be in close contact with my supervisor – historian, professor Ilan Pappe. I enjoyed the unique and rewarding research experience, which has allowed me to strengthen my conceptual understanding of the area of my study and provided me with the skills and competencies I needed for conducting research, in general.
What was the highlight of your time at Exeter?
The most exciting and memorable time for me at Exeter was the Upgrade and Viva experiences. I also enjoyed life in the beautiful city of Exeter and spending the eventful end of year holidays there.
What will you miss the most about University?
I will miss the campus, library, the Students’ Guild, the Northcott theatre, cafeterias and swimming pools at Streatham and St. Luke campuses.
What advice would you give to current and future students? (If you are an international student what would you like to tell future students from back home who might be thinking about applying to study in Exeter?)
My advice to students who might be thinking about applying to study in Exeter is: Do not hesitate! Enrol and enjoy the unforgettable and rich experience that this prestigious institution offers.
What are your plans now that you have graduated?
I am interested in continuing my research and in following-up on publications, conferences and other events that are, particularly, related to my area of study. I would like to continue building a network of contacts and join discussions and exchange opinions with academics, researchers and others.
